With an innate passion for software design and architecture, Rolando excels in applying design patterns and best architectural practices at high levels of abstraction, while maintaining a deep understanding of implementation details at the operating system level. Despite his enthusiasm for the creative challenges of software design, after 10 years in technical roles, his natural inclination led him into leadership positions.

As a manager, Rolando played a key role in transforming a team of 10 developers into a game development department of 55 professionals, ready to compete with the world’s top video game studios. In more recent stages of his career, he expanded his expertise by taking on the role of company director and managing the Production Engineering and IT Infrastructure departments. Throughout his managerial career, he has maintained that the secret to a successful team lies in cultivating a culture based on trust, continuous learning, resilience in the face of failure, and the relentless pursuit of excellence—a culture that transcends geographical and cultural boundaries, celebrating differences as catalysts for more effective solutions and broader empathy.

Edgar Hernández is an investor and business developer, passionate and focused on creating value, developing business models, and driving the growth of the companies in which he is actively involved. He is an expert in Mergers and Acquisitions and has been recognized as one of the most influential professionals and entrepreneurs in Central America and Panama by "Mercados & Tendencias" magazine.

Edgar is a founding partner and director of Santander Sugar Group, Pacific Capital Private Equity Holdings, and Grupo Hache—groups that hold direct and active interests in the Real Estate, Specialized Fertilizers, Energy, BPO, and Digital Marketing industries across the region. He currently serves as President of Grupo Manttra, Grupo Hache, Tiger Oil Corp, and Pacific Capital.

With over thirty years of experience in Investment Banking, Edgar has led the structuring of more than four billion dollars in deals across the region.

Jorge Porras has over 16 years of experience in the digital production industry. He is a strategic technology leader, specializing in aligning technical solutions with business objectives to drive efficiency and deliver tangible results. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and systems development to team leadership, operational excellence, and quality assurance.

In his previous roles, Jorge implemented the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), significantly improving delivery efficiency and overall business performance. His experience includes managing large-scale projects, adopting digital strategies, and leading multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Jorge is detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in agile methodologies. He effectively oversees project tracking and configuration, focusing on implementing KPIs and metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.
Jorge's education includes a degree in Systems Engineering, a Master's in Product Management and Digital Product Design from IEBS Business School, and certification as a Scrum Master. He is recognized as a problem solver, talent developer, and lifelong learner.

Carlos is an experienced Product Manager specializing in AI/ML, change management, and operational optimization, with deep knowledge of both the commercial and technical aspects of these domains.

With over 11 years of experience, he has progressed from strategic design roles to leadership positions, managing diverse teams and driving business growth in the fintech, retail, and manufacturing industries. Driven by innovation, he focuses on understanding root causes and true objectives to deliver impactful solutions. His passion lies in driving transformational change and creating value in the AI industry.
