• Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in product design, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Experience in designing SaaS applications. Experience in the tech industry is preferred but not required.

• Collaborate with product and management teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements.
• Effectively communicate and delegate project specifications to vendors and clients.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback received.
• Work with agile scrum teams on SaaS products, creating visually appealing, intuitive, and easy-to-use user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation is consistent with the vision.
• Maintain design systems and ensure a consistent look and feel across all products.
